Intellectual Property owned by ARCHA LAW P.C.

ARCHA LAW P.C. owns the intellectual property contained in the Site and Service, such as trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other files. You are not allowed to modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, reproduce, or otherwise exploit any of the content without prior written consent. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Service without refund.

Entire Agreement; Waiver

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and ARCHA LAW P.C. regarding the use of the Site and Service. No waivers of any provision of this Agreement will be considered or will serve as a waiver of any other provision. Any waivers must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Governing Law; Venue; Mediation

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be resolved through mediation in Los Angeles County, California, under the procedures of JAMS Los Angeles Resolution Center, or any other procedure mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Recovery of Litigation Expenses

If you take legal action or go to arbitration or any other proceeding to enforce this Agreement, or because of a dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation related to this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party can get back reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs they spent on that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief they are entitled to.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remainder of the Agreement will still remain in effect.

Assignment

You cannot transfer these terms and conditions to anyone else without written consent from ARCHA LAW P.C. Any attempt to do so is not valid.

Effect of Headings

The titles of the sections and subsections of this Agreement are provided for reference only and will not change the meaning of any content.
